Summary:

A Client recently needed to serve her estranged husband divorce papers, but didn’t know where he was living. She had been trying to locate him for months on her own, but was unsuccessful so she contacted ICS for help.

ICS devised a plan to perform a locate Investigation and serve the documents to the Subject at his current place of residence or office location.

Conclusion:

After conducting a locate search, using the multiple databases at ICS' disposal, the investigator was able to find out where the Subject lived and worked.  The investigator decided to start surveillance at the Subject’s residence.  No car was in the driveway so the investigator maintained surveillance from across the street, assuming that the Subject had come home for the night.

The Subject arrived home at 7pm.  When the Subject exited the car, the investigator walked up to him and asked to speak with the Subject, at which time the Subject stated that, he was that person. The investigator then handed him the papers and departed.

The Client was happy we were able to locate the subject, conduct surveillance, and serve him in a timely manner.
