Summary:

A client contacted us to acquire any details and information we could find on her fiancé.  She wanted to know if the Subject was spending time with other women, was involved with any illegal activities, was excessively using alcohol/drugs and/or was going to clubs.

ICS decided the best course of action would be to conduct a covert surveillance investigation over a period of 3 days.

Conclusion:

The investigator arrived at the subject’s residence, early in the evening to begin surveillance. At 9:00 p.m. the investigator observed the subject walk past his vehicle talking on his cell phone and carrying a backpack. He remained on the phone outside for approximately 5 minutes before entering his apartment building. Surveillance was terminated around 1:00 a.m. as the Subject did not leave his apartment again.

The following day the investigator arrived at the subject’s apartment building around 10 a.m., but it wasn’t until noon that the subject left the apartment and took a taxi to a nearby restaurant. The investigator followed the subject into the restaurant, and got a table where he could observe.  For about an hour, the subject dined alone. The subject then left the restaurant and took a taxi back to his apartment where he was not observed again for the remainder of the evening.

On the third day, the investigator arrived at the subject’s apartment building at 10:00 a.m. It wasn’t until 2:00 p.m. that the subject came out from his apartment dressed in a business suit. The investigator followed the subject to his office, which was within walking distance from the apartment. Because there was nowhere to stand without drawing attention, the investigator returned to the subject’s residence and waited for the Subject to return. The subject returned to his apartment around 6 p.m. and did not leave for the rest of the night. 

The report and photos were sent to the Client who was happy to know her fiancé was not involved in anything disreputable.
