A winter storm has hit the Northern States and is causing havoc to
surveillance teams. Clients should be aware that this weather may affect
surveillance efforts in hard hit states.
While this winter storm persists, investigators may be slowed down by snows or simply unable to keep track on subjects due to snow, ice and cold weather. The especially if you case involves tailing a subject, you need to be aware that surveillance may have to be halted and resumed after the storm lets up.
