ICS of Missouri recently had the opportunity to reunite a young man with his sister who he never knew he had. Through multiple sources of information, ICS of Missouri was able to track down enough information to help find and connect the two together. Since ICS found the clients sister they have been in telephone contact. The two siblings will be meeting for the first time 4/18/2013.
